CountrysideLove has been contacted by the programme makers of BBC Three's Kill it, Cook it, Eat it which is returning for another groundbreaking series. They are specifically looking for a countryside person to participate in the programme to give the rural view and "balance" against the views of urban people, vegetarians etc
They are looking for intelligent, articulate people to join the debate.
The new series will explore people's attitudes to killing and eating farm animals. This series will cover every aspect of the process from rearing and caring for the animals through to the slaughter and preparation of meat for human consumption.
The programme aims to challenge and probe the particpants views on this issue. Why do they eat meat, or why are they vegetarian? What are their views on how meat is sourced?
The programme will follow all processes involved in getting meat from an animal in the field to the fork on your plate, and hear the views of the participants at every stage.
If you would be interested in being involved in this please call Harjeet Chhokar on 0207 033 2262 or email him at: [email protected]
Please be aware that filming is in the South West of England and you will be needed for two weeks in mid September
